Strategic Resourcing Executive
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)
Responsibilities:
* The incumbent will be responsible to analyze and recommend the development, enhancement and implementation of a comprehensive set of Employer Branding (EB) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) strategies, guidelines and frameworks to maximize Sampoerna’s image as an Employer of Choice in a tight and challenging global talent market with aggressive competition for qualified high potential candidates.
Requirements:
* Holding a minimum Bachelor Degree all education background with minimum GPA 2.75;
* Having minimum 3 years experiences in designing advertisement and event concept, planning and implementing event, handling project and marketing;
* Fluent in English, both Oral and written;
* Having excellent oral and written communication skills in order to professionally represent the company in interactions with the public, including Company Presentation, Campus Visit, etc;
* Having good analytical and learning capability, achievement orientation, creative thinking, communication and influence, and Customer Service Orientation.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
