Specific DUTIES responsibilities and accountabilities :
Under the direction of the Project Manager, reviews engineering process and detailed engineering designs, construction documents, and change order requests, and works to resolve potential issues or problems; Undertake initial field assessments of the existing WTP and the plant site; Perform systemic assessment of the water treatment plant; Prepare process calculations and DED, P&ID, hydraulic profile; site layout of the improved and expanded system; Review all unit operations, process tagging, P&ID, hydraulic profile, site layout of the improved system, also indepth review of the technical specifications and particular conditions; Conduct actual water quality tests, perform jar test, prepare detailed report; Prepare state of the art O&M of the improved water treatment plant; Perform all other functions as instructed by the Project Manager; Preparation of daily report and efficient QC/QA forms.
Qualification and Requirement :
Fluent in both Bahasa and English preferred (written and spoken); Sanitary or Chemical Engineering degree from Indonesia or abroad; Minimum 5 years working experience in design, project management and commissioning water treatment plant, rural water and sanitation projects in Indonesia; Candidates must have strong background in water treatment plant, process design, construction supervision, preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, conduct of On the job training for the operators and technicians, preparation of jar test and maximum dosage of chemicals;

1. SUPERVISOR CME

Major Qualifications :

- Male

- Age 23-33 years Old

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university, major in Civil

Engineering

- Have 1 (one) year professional experience within civil/construction

works in Telecommunication Field will be an advantage

- Good Interpersonal, have a leadership quality, loyal and could work

under pressure

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Major Responsibilities :

- Monitor sub contractor’s (CME) work such as tower erection on the

field.

- Monitor and ensure the time progress and quality of work on the field.

Our team has a collective experience of BTS construction and management of more than a thousand sites in various locations in Indonesia. 1. Chief Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• this position will be responsible for conducting BTS construction activities on site within schedule and quality defined, supervising the implementation of correct procedure on site.
• To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years experience in Building and BTS construction, good understanding about construction methods.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Others or equivalent.
• Preferred skill(s): strong leadership, analytical ability, and customers satisfaction.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

2. Sitac Manager
Responsibilities:
• this position will be responsible for designing and implementation strategy and action plans for the acquisition of site / building management base on government regulations and project management.
• To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years experiences in handling site / building management compensation issues, strong background in duties related to community and government relations, experienced in negotiation and conflict solution, ability to make decision under pressure, strategic planning, and perseverance to achieve goals.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Law, Others or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

3. Project Administrator
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Mass Communications, Others or equivalent.
• Preferred skill(s): proficient in computer.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

4. CME Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• this position will be responsible for calculating and proposing the material needs to sites, conducting the material delivery to logistic dept in site, ensuring the documents submission on time and correct, as well as supervising all site activities including any delays and progress average.
• To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years experience as CME Coordinator at Building and BTS construction, good understanding about construction methods, and have strong leadership.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Others or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Contract positions available.

5. Site Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• this position will be responsible for supervising the implementation of BTS construction such as prepare budget planning, construction time scheduling, analyzing material and manpower needs, and controlling progress of BTS construction on sites accordance to OHS (Occupation of Health and Safety).
• To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years experience at Building and BTS construction, good understanding about construction methods, strong leadership skill, awareness on local culture & cross culture communication.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Preferred skill(s): 2 years at Building and BTS construction.
• Applicants must be willing to work in or any site in Indonesia.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
