Requirements:
Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
Has strong drive to succeed
Possess high degree of integrity
Has strong leadership and visionary thinking
Good communication skills both written and spoken in English
Possess management skill in the area of Sales, Marketing & Service and some exposures in consumer collection will be an advantage
Hold minimum Bachelor’s (S1) degree from reputable university
Has minimum 5-10 years experience in consumer industry preferably in credit cards business

Responsibilities:
the job holder is responsible to develop a profitable Credit Card and Personal Loan businesses for Medan.
