TERRITORY SALES OFFICER
Location : Region 2 ( Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, Cilacap )

Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to push the bagged cement sales in retail market, manage and supervised the distributor’s salesmen within his/her territory.

Requirements:
- Education : University degree (preferably Civil/Architect Engineer)
- Experiences : Minimum 2 years experience in similar field.
- Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes
- Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications :
- Knowledge of company business.
- Having drive performance & positive attitude.

SOFTWARE TRAINER & QC (SERVICE QUALITY CONTROLLER)
Location : Jakarta

Scope of works:
Create standard of service, method of audit system and training module which captures and support the Service Provider quality in Solusi Rumah to deliver products and services that are designed for end user and/or other customers according to the developing markets of affordable cement-based housing and building construction needs. The focus is on establishing new and refreshment trainings on application of Solusi Rumah design softwares, sustainable design and its application, new products and services and building relevant network that supports the services and audit the standard service quality including design value delivered through Solusi Rumah with the objective of increasing customer values and integrated services in order to allow margin increases.

Requirements:
- Education : Master Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Design Software Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Civil Eng.
- Experiences : A working knowledge with a min of 5-10 years experience associated with the construction industry within Indonesia (and/or the region)
- Computer Literate : AUTOCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop/CorelDraw skills
- Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications :
- experience in design software development, marketing, project management in a construction industry
- have a passion on sustainable construction and sustainable development issues
- experiences in project management, design software, marketing, and direct involvement on construction sites

MARKET DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Location : All Region ( Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Surabaya )

Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to Coach and monitor Performance of Solusi Rumah CPMs Franchise, Monitor and supervise the housing development (projects) progress in customer site, Identify market potential and implement market development activities to support franchisee for both SR CPM and retailers. Ensure implementation of Franchise operation standards in each respected Franchisee.

Requirements:
- Education : Bachelor Degree in architectural and/or civil engineering or Diploma degree in architectural or civil engineering with construction project experience
- Experiences : Minimum working experience of 2-3 years on construction sites as architect, designer, site supervisor or assistant of project manager.
- Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes, ETABS/SAP for construction, MS Project
- Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications :
- Min. 1 year in current position
- Experience in creating architectural drawing for minimum 2 stories houses or ruko, calculating BoQ, DED, structural and cost analysis (minimum for 2-story houses), Has a general insight in retail and/or consumer business, especially in channel management.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Location : Jakarta

Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to look for sustainable construction initiatives that can be developed for our end users and customers according the developing markets of affordable housing needs. The focus is on technology advancement in cement-based building material and energy saving building while still increasing customer values and integrated services in order to allow margin increases.

Requirements:
- Education : Bachelor Degree in Architecture of Civil Engineer
- Experiences : A minimum of 5 years working experience associated with the construction industry within Indonesia (and/or the region)
- Computer Literate : AUTOCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop/CorelDraw skills
- Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications :
- Min. 1 year in current position
- Has experienced project management and involvement directly on construction sites, Possess good knowledge and exposure to Sustainable Construction work practices

SR MARKET ANALYST
Location : Head Office (Jakarta)

Scope of works:
Research market trends within and outside the industry. Prepares possible scenarios to allow informed decision making, with specific focus on business and macro economics aspects

Requirements:
- Education : Bachelor Degree in Economic or Financial
- Experiences : Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field
- Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes, MS Project
- Language : Good command of English, both oral & written.
- Other qualifications :
- Sound marketing knowledge & consumer analysis
- Preferably have good knowledge in macro economic and general business aspect
- Analytical thinking à ability to compile, interpret & analyze data, link it to business reality and turn it into actionable information and produce recommendations

Dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan pekerja di lingkungan Daerah Operasi Unit Pengolahan (UP) II – VI, PT.PERTAMINA (PERSERO) membutuhkan 199 orang lulusan Diploma 3/Sederajat untuk dipekerjakan sebagai:

Operator Kilang

Persyaratan Umum:
1. Jenis kelamin laki-laki; Status belum menikah bagi pelamar dari luar Pertamina, atau Belum/Sudah menikah bagi pelamar dari pekerja outsourcing Pertamina.
2. Pendidikan terakhir D3 jurusan:
- Teknik Kimia (TK), Analis Kimia (AK), atau
- Teknik Listrik – Arus Kuat (TLA), Mesin (TM), Instrumen (TI), Lingkungan (TL), dengan latar belakang SMA jurusan IPA atau SMK jurusan Kimia.
3. IPK minimal 2.75.
4. Usia maksimal 24 tahun per 01/01/2008 bagi pelamar dari luar Pertamina, atau maksimal 32 tahun per 01/01/2008 bagi pelamar dari pekerja outsourcing Pertamina.
5. Tinggi badan minimal 160 cm.
6. Tercatat sebagai pencari kerja di Kantor Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker) setempat.
7. Bebas narkoba.
8. Berbadan sehat, tidak buta warna, dan diutamakan tidak berkaca mata/contact lens.
