Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS/DCM)

Requirements:
* Male
* Age Between 30 - 35
* Local/Overseas graduate from S1 Civil Engineering
* Having at least 5 years experience in Quantity Surveyor firm or respective field
* Excellent English (oral and written) is a must

Job descriptions
Assist the Owner's Construction Manager with the preparation of tender documents including bills of quantities, tender evaluations, valuation of design changes, cost report, budget control, evaluation of builder's claims and progress payment, final account and other general owner's pre and post contract administration
