Bussiness Development Manager ( BDM )
Responsibilities:
* To Locate and negotiate the best for new potential store, doing survey & proposing the feasibility prepare all the new administration
* Store re – modeling and enhancement toward to the newest store concept and standard
* Handle all retail store development related to the developer / other party in term of leasing agreement for new, existing shop, relocation also store closing.
* Working closely to the Brand, Store Renovation, Purchasing also finance department
Requirements :
* Bachelor degree from any major reputable university.
* Male / Female (Female preferred)
* At least 3 years experience in Bussiness Development Manager (store leasing).
* Excellent communication skill and good command in English
* Computer Literate.
