challenging career opportunity for serveral positions for Site
Operations (Sulawesi Tenggara) as listed below:
GEOLOGIST
(Prop. Sultra)
Responsibilities:
- Execution of exploration programs
- Structural and geophysical interpretation
- Acquiring, compiling and evaluating data to enhance the exploration program
- Research and data analysis
- Liaising
with various drilling companies and other suppliers regarding time
frames, costings, contract terms, and other relevant specifications
- Supervises
Mine Geology and analyse geological information and supervise all
drilling and exploration programmes that are required for planning
engineers to enable realistic medium and long term planning. Design
exploration programmes that conform with the objectives of Mine Geology
and the immediate demands of the production pits
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Geology (S1)
- Previous exploration experience (minimum 2 years) is must.
- Able to be placed at Mine Site in South East Sulawesi
- Initiative in all aspects of the profession.
- Good understanding of the quality and properties of the Nickel
- Good understanding of laboratory and sampling methods
- Able to operate Geology software would be an advantage
- Experience working with drill rig programs
- Active English both written and verbal; good communication and reporting skills (preferable)
