Management Trainee (MT)

Responsibilities:

a.. To present his learning progress to the management team

b.. To learn theoretical & best practices of production activities & strategy

c.. Supervise and manage production

d.. Analyze daily production data

e.. Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvement plan

Qualifications:

a.. Male

b.. University degree in Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering

c.. Good leadership and interpersonal skills

d.. Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment

e.. Good command of spoken and written English

f.. Self motivated & able to perform under pressure

g.. Tough

h.. Willing to located in Beji, Pasuruan
