Trainer

Responsibilities:
* To be successful in this position you will:
o Establish training need analysis based on company objectives;
o Understand training trends and able to modified according to company needs;
o Develop learning objectives, curriculum and other course materials;
o Deliver training with acceptable methods and techniques for all level.
Requirements:
* Male, age 35- 40 years old;
* Hold Bachelor degree in any major;
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Training & Development or equivalent (priority from life insurance or general insurance for sales division);
* Have a passion for training, and very high oral and written communication skills;
* Be able to work independently in a fast-faced general insurance;
* Be able to present confidently in front of people;
* Quality of customer service will be a priority;
* Having some business sense will be an advantageous.
