Responsibilities:
* Job Description:
o recruit, train and develop new agents.
o Manage and motivate agency under his or her team to achieve target.
o Coordinate the agency and Head Office through Marketing Support.
o Responsible for explaining Company' Regulations to agency.
o Follow all Branch Manager's instruction and subject to Branch Manager's Control.
o Prepare

Requirements:
o Male or Female.
o Ages maximum 35 Years Old.
o University or Academy degree from any discipline.
o Target and sales oriented.
o Strong leaderships to manage a team, dynamic and energy.
o Good personality and able to work independently a team.
o Experience from automobile, life insurance or financial institutions.
o Fresh gradutes are welcome to apply.
