Legal Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Advising management concerning business transactions, legal rights and obligations
* Interpreting laws, ruling and regulations for businesses
* Preparing and draft legal documents, such as deeds, patent applications, leases and contracts
* Reviewing Product, Brochure, Agreement related to insurance business
Requirements:
* Minimum S1 Degree majoring in Law from a reputable university.
* Excellent proven track record in Legal matters with minimum 5 years experience preferably in Legal
* Familiar with Legal Drafting, Contract Review, Corporate Legal issues, strong exposure to international best practice standards in Legal Administration System & Procedures.
* Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken
* Excellent computer skills
* Good managerial, leadership and communication skills
* Have a pleasant personality
* Willing to be placed at Karawaci, Tangerang
