Our group is one of the world-largest natural resources based companies with operations in Indonesian archipelagos. One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

HRD Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Male/Female
* Majoring in Psychology/Human Resources Management (Preferably from Certifiet Human Resourses Professional)
* Minimum 5 years experiences in Human Resources field
* Having knowledge of Manpower regulations/Indonesian Labor Law and its implementation
* Have the ability to maintain and analyze strategic planning for the human resources operation
* Able to monitor employee data, concealing, and all related Personnel and General Affairs matter
* Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy & procedures, Personnel Matters, Employee Relation
* Able to design and develop training programs
* Able to make payroll structure
* Good personality, leadership, communication, conceptual thinking and negotiation
* Computer literate (MS Office, Power Point)
* Highly motivated, honest and responsible
* Able to work under pressure
