Laboratory Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day to day operation of the laboratory
* Ensure timely processing and storage of all cord blood units
* Identify and recommend process development/ improvements in processing and storage of cord blood units
* Responsible for competency testing and ensure adherence to documented procedures and protocols
* Ensure adherence to lab and regulatory requirements
* Maintain safe and clean working environment in the lab

Requirements:
* Bachelor in Science/ Biomedical/ Biotechnology or other related life sciences disciplines
* At least 3-5 years of biomedical or pharmaceutical industry experience
* Experience working under Quality Assurance and Regulatory compliance environment
* Cord blood processing or blood banking industry experience would be advantageous
* Understanding of aseptic handling techniques
* Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
* Ability to lead and motivate lab staff
