Training & Commercial Effectiveness Manager
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
* This is a newly created role and the incumbent is expected to look into the learning, development and competency needs of the organization’s front line (and support) workforce.
* Responsible for all training of Sales Force, including maintain and update, organising training activities, coaching, re-training and motivation of the sales team.
* Main focus is on-the-job training and induction programs for new sales staff.
* Occasional soft skills training delivery to key groups of employees not from the sales team.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all departments' activities and to conduct training needs analysis to establish continuous development plans that reflect the company's overall skill needs.
* Conduct Training Need Analysis and Skills Evaluation for the company as a whole.
* Continually evaluate and identify the training needs from the perspective of both the sales force and the company, and work closely with Corporate and team members to develop, organise and enhance training programs.
* Generate training reports and manage training records and documentations.
* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with functional teams to enhance organizational quality.
* Facilitates sessions with functional teams to prioritize and resolve problems
* Participate in meetings with senior level executives to provide input from quality-business perspective.
* Manage and implement key talent development programs
* Deliver selected leadership and management development programs
* Design organization development initiative to support organization growth
* Develop partnership with external training services providers to support training needs
Requirements:
* An enthusiastic, team player, self motivated professional who enjoys the challenge of helping other to grow and develop
* Good command of English and Malay.
* Good interpersonal who can work well with other colleagues across other functions and customer
* At least 2 to 3 years in Sales Training
* Degree holder in Business or related field
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
