Compensation & Benefit and HRIS Analyts
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
* Provide and analyse all HR related report (e.g. HR dashboard, demography report, absence report, etc)
* Act as PIC for day to day operational activity related to compensation & benefit
* Review and recommend improved HR policies related to compensation & benefit
* Review and recommend improved HR business process
* Other ad hoc (project based) tasks

Requirements:
* University graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related area
* Minimum 2 years experience in human resources area (especially in compensation & benefit, payroll, and HRIS)
* Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, macro Excel will be advantageous)
* Good analytical thinking
* High level of proficiency in English
* Interpersonal skills
* Team work
