In line with the company’s business expansion, our client is seeking highly qualified professionals to take on this critical and challenging role:
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (POST OPEN FOR EXPATRIATES)

Requirements: You will be one of the focal points within the organization, as you will be challenged to seek out new business opportunities and at the same time put into realization identified venues for business growth. Reporting directly to the expatriate President Director, you will be responsible for triggering and steering the profitable growth of the business in the region as you undertake the following responsibilities :
• Conceptualize, develop and realize business development plans and strategies that would ensure achievement and delivery of bottom line and revenue generation targets;
• Enhance the global revenue opportunities by exploring new business initiatives (both locally and globally) realized and made efficient through possible joint-venture undertakings / forming of strategic alliances or possible acquisitions;
• Identify, develop and penetrate new markets for the global products that would support business / marketing / strategic directions of the organization.
To best fit, you must present the following credentials:
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 3 (Post Graduation in MBA is preferred);
• Minimum 10-15 yrs experience of International Sales/Marketing of Power Transformer or Heavy Electrical Equipment to Utilities, IPP & Industries;
• Ability to lead and administer a team of over 15 people in marketing and sales;
• Should possess positive people skills, problem solving and negotiating capabilities.
