V-Up & MTP (Mid Term Plan) / Planning

Responsibilities:
* Become problem solving expert
* Coordinate V-Up projects (especially manufacturing related)
* Promote Balanced Scorecard/PDCA review down to department

Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Male, age between 24-30 years old
* Preferable have experiences in the same related fields (problem solving and planning)
* Must have knowledge about management systems and problem solving tools
* Must have knowledge about TQM, QCC and Six Sigma
* Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
* Have good analytical thinking and logic of verbal
* Have good interpersonal relationship and communication skill
* Have good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, able to work in team, and able to work in under pressure situation
* Sociable, able to serve internal customer / user
* Hard and also smart worker
