HVAC Trainer
Responsibilities:
Assist to make a training material, prepare to conduct a class and or field training for internal and external training, coordinate with trainee or client, evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training, and keep all company training materials confidentially.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or Education with majoring in Air Conditioning
* Post graduate, but preferable having 2 or 3 years related experience
* Resourceful, highly motivated, and able to work independently
* Have a good presentation and training skills
* Team player and able to interact with all level of employees
* Moderate spoken and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
