Side Development Manager - Based On Surabaya

Responsibilities:
* To find and negotiate the best suitable locations Giant Hypermarket and Supermarket, Hero Supermarket, Guardian and Starmart according to its format, market trend and monitor and update all competitor’s data

Requirements:
* Male/Female, and age max 35 years old
* Preferably having a bachelor or master degree from any discipline with at least 5 – 10 years in property marketing for developers / agent
* Have a strong negotiation skill with developers or agents
* Strong knowledge of demographic growth and property
* Willing to be placement at Surabaya
* Familiar with computer literate
* English proficiency both oral and written is a must
