We are inviting young Indonesian graduates & professionals to fill the following position:
SENIOR LEGAL CONSULTANT (SLC)
Job Roles:
* Manage all corporate legal matters, including vendor contract review, government and regulatory issues, licenses and permits, documentation filing and storage. Advice management on corporate governance issues related to the company.
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Law
2. Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
3. Good command of English language both orally and in writing will be a great advantages
4. Good computer literacy and presentation skills
5. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field or in commercial law, either working for a law firm or in the legal department of a company is required for this position.
6. Good self motivation, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team and strong organization and administrative abilities
Terms, Condition and Benefits:
* Location : Head Office - Jakarta
* Report to : Regulatory & Affair Manager
* Compensation : - Monthly Based Salary
* Applicable to Performance Bonus
