Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities:
* Prepare import / export documentation
* Presenting customs documents / certification at regulatory bodies
* Coordinate with internal transport & clearing agents, and handle banking correspondence
* Supervise loading at site – coordinate with Forwarders to ensure suppliers meets the cut-offs
* Represent export consignments and verify weight / quality parameters
* Demonstrate hands-on experience in logistics management
* Excellent public relations and networking skills
* Proficiency in English, and computer literacy are essential

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Excell.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Sampit.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
