PROCESS ENGINEER

This position will report to Production & Engineering Manager. The incumbent will be responsible to lead production team ( amination / amoniation, formulation and packaging ) to achieve the output of product required to service our customers needs and to do so in a safe and efficient manner whilst meeting required QESH standards.

The Requirements of this position are shown below:
· Chemical engineering degree with 2 years experiences or diploma 3 majoring in chemical engineering
· Min 2 years experience in a chemical processing plant as process engineer
· Having experience in managing process safety management program

* Proficiency in English communication
* Having knowledge of distribution control system, able to read P&ID diagram and SPC implementation and six sigma
* Understanding of basic cost management
* Having a strong leadership skill
* Computer skill especially MS office application
* Have training certifications, min 3 or more from the list below;
o Emergency Response,
o Fire fighting,
o Personnel Protective Equipment,
o Level 1 First Aid,
o General Safety Policies Review,
o Lock out / Tag out,
o Risk Assessment,
o Local Regulations and Legislation,
o Plant Permits,
o Incident Investigations
