Direct Marketing Business Support

Responsibilities:
* Participate in Direct Marketing (DM) projects to support DM business for existing and new sponsor
* Collect current DM reports for improvement
* Define, measure, and analyze requirement reports for DM business
* Coordinate with related department & create and design report for management level to support decision maker
* Reduce manual effort when generating report to automatically
* Assist day to day operational and give idea to improvement

Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree (S1) graduated from a reputable university, majoring in Information Technology
* Having at least min.2 years of related working experience and in complex projects as an add value
* Having strong knowledge of Insurance Business Process is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
* Able to work individually as well as a team
* Proficiency in English, both oral and written
* Computer literate (MS. Office)
