Requirements:
* Male
* Ages maximum 40 Years Old
* At least have 5 years experience as Human Resources Manager
* University degree in Psychology/ Laws or similar related in Human Resources
* Familiar with Indonesia Labor Laws, Industrial Relations, Workmen Compensation, Health & Safety and other relevant statutory laws or labor ordinances
* Excellent Interpersonal skills and Leadership
* Good decision maker and management skills
* Ability to work across functions, in a matrix organization and in a cross cultural environment
* Fluent in English both written and oral
* Computer Literate
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status
