Call Center Agent (CC)

Requirements :
* Male or Female, age 22 – 28 years old.
* University Graduate (minimum D3) of Any Discipline, with min. GPA 2.75
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Good communication skills, both written and oral. English is a must
* Organized and mature with positive mental attitude
* Analytical & systematic thinking
* Possess ability to process information, data collection and report findings in a constructive manner

Good working knowledge of Microsoft office software application, particularly Excel
