Performance Management Specialist

Responsibilities:
* 1.Conduct Performance Management System implementation
* 2.Facilitate the Organization Changing as well as Organization Performance
* 3.Design the KPIs and some key success criteria
* 4.Facilitate IDP (Individual Development Plan) into annual development program
* 5.Conduct selection & recruitment as talent base
* 6.Conduct HR Assessment & survey
* 7.Establish & monitoring HR procedures

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Performance Management System, CBHRM, HRIS.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
