General Requirement :
a. Age between 21-30 years old
b. Minimum S1 educational background
c. Excellent communication skill with minimum of passive English
d. Having high motivation
e. Having strong relations and network
f. Experience and knowledge in banking industry would be an advantage, with minimum of 2 years experience for ASM, and 1 year experience for BDC
