PT Packet Systems Indonesia Support Services Division is inviting high caliber and self-motivated professionals to apply as:
System Engineer
Reporting to the Support Services Manager, the role shall cover:
* Develop installation plan and perform installation activities for large scale & complex project.
* Validate hardware and software configuration.
* Solve complex technical problem at client site.
* Write proper technical reports after servicing a client.
* Act as technical leader in large scale & complex project implementation.
Systems Engineer
Competence, Experience and Skill
Required
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics with minimum IPK of 3.0
* 2-3 years hands-on technical experience as Systems Integrator in Large Enterprise and/or Service Provider environment
* Knowledge of data, voice and IP networking architecture, topologies and protocols
* Knowledge and experience on Wireless, VoIP, IP Telephony, and Traffic/Bandwidth Management technology, and implementation
* Hold valid vendor certification e.g. CCNA
* Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance
* Excellent team player, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer relationship skills
