International Banking Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Perform the checking on trade finance/export import documentation given by customers
* and related parties as well as the other transaction supporting documentations related to the trade finance.
* Perform the input on trade finance/export import transactions through SWIFT or system
* for other trade finance transactions.
* Conduct the customer account debiting on export import transaction expenses.
* Perform the maker and checker functions on the trade finance/export import bookkeeping
* prior to gaining the approval from the authorized officials.
* Execute the coordination with the marketing division to complete the shortness of necessary documents for trade finance/export import transaction.
* Create the report on trade finance/export import transaction in accordance with the existing regulation.
* Create the other reports related to the trade finance/export import transaction.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Mandarin.
* Able to work under tight schedule.
* Able to work with different and diverse teams.
* Must familiar with Export Import / Trade Finance.
* Must familiar with BI regulations.
* Must familiar with Banking Product and Operation.
* Must familiar with Basic Accounting.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
