Corporate Legal & Compliance
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the company’s regulation, policy and procedure are compliant with applicable laws and regulations, guidelines and directives issued by the Government and authorities as well as Group Company standard .
* Monitoring the implementation of KYC & GCG
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contract.
* Between 25 - 30 years
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a Legal at Law Firm or Financial Institution
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skill
* Team Player
