PT Tiara Marga Trakindo is the parent company of TMT Group; our main business is Property & Assets Management. We are inviting young Indonesian graduates & professionals to fill the following positions:
1. PROCESS & QUALITY SYSTEM ENGINEER (PQSE)
Support PQA Department activity in developing and implementing Process & Quality System, by standardizing of Policies & Procedure and all TMT documentation efforts across the department, coordinating Document Management System (DMS) implementation; electronic & paper, Implementing Management of Change (MOC) process & tools, coordinating NRC process (Nonconformance Report) and Auditing process. The role includes responsibility in initiating, implementing and maintaining IT strategy.
2. ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR (ES)
Ensure that the building runs well with all the systems and the equipments in good condition and efficient, also ensure the work safety relating to the maintenance systems and operation of the building.
3. ENTERPRISE RISK SPECIALIST (ERS)
To lead risk management efforts for the company, including administration of insurance policies, facilities audits, safety, risk analysis, and communications between insurance providers and subsidiaries, as well as analysis to identify opportunities for risk and cost reduction. To administer the captive insurance organization. The position requires administration of confidential information.
4. QUANTITY SURVEYOR COORDINATOR (QSC)
Conduct the project estimation cost assigned by Property Development Management Supervisor
5. PROJECT COORDINATOR (PC)
Coordinate and supervise the assigned property and facil ity development projects an efficient and effective manner to produce the highest return for the company.
Qualifications:
GENERAL
* Excellent communication skills, Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
* Good computer literacy; especially in MS Office
* Highly motivated, self directed, self starter, and analytical thinker
* Ability to work in team or individually
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated and self directed
SPECIFIC
* University Graduate (Min. S1); preferably with
- Industrial Engineering (PQSE),
- Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Civil Engineering (ES),
- Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics,
- Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent (ERS)
- Civil/Electrical Engineering (PC)
- Civil Engineering (QSC)
* Strong administration, interpersonal skills and analytical thinker (ERS, PQS, QSC)
* Minimum year of professional / line business experience
- 1 year in ISO certified company (PQSE)
- 5-7 years of proven professional experience (ES & ERS)
- 3 years of working experience (PC)
- 1 year of professional / line business experience (QSC)
* Cost and contribution conscious with focus on ‘value added’ (PC, QSC, ES)
