EXECUTIVE SECRETARY to DIRECTOR (ES)
Requirements:
1. Graduates from a reputable Academy/University, majoring in Secretary or Administration, GPA min. 2,80;
2. Experienced, min. 2 year as Executive Secretary
3. Age max. 30 years;
4. Having knowledge all aspects of secretarial duties
5. Skilled in using MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint;
6. Capable to manage in/outgoing letters, files, filing documents and able to perform multi tasking skills;
7. Fluent in English (capable to compose letters & communicate in English);
8. Proficient in Mandarin is advantage
9. Charming appearance; Attractive, good performance, personality, honest, self-motivated , integrity, discipline, diligent, and hard working
Job Description:
1. Correspondence;
2. Preparing presentation/reports;
3. Filing & distributing memos/documents to managers;
4. Compiling news clippings;
5. Arranging schedules & meetings;
6. Receiving incoming calls & guests (for BOD).
