Our client, a well established and one of the biggest company in Mechanical-Elcetrical Construction Company, is seeking a dynamic and high caliber prodessional to join their team as:

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Responsibilities:
* Project Budgeting and define a profit for company
* Set-up the structure organization of project team
* Control the completion Schedule as a target with good Quality; and efficient Cost (manpower, material & equipments)
* Coordinate Sub Contractors and Suppliers.
* Control for execution at Site and managing coordination of M&E, Architectural & Civil Works.
* Responsible for establishing the procedure and working instruction to meet the ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System activities

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in ME projects on high-rise building or factory construction projects
* Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
* Fluent in English
* IT knowledge of Ms Office, Power Point, AutoCAD, Ms Project as a minimum
* Dynamic person with high level of self motivation and self confidence
* Leadership/Management competencies to manage and lead a team of 10 -20 staffs (engineers)
* Good level of judgment and problem analysis skills for technical as well interpersonal matters
* Pro-active person
