Area Sales Manager – West Java
Responsibilities:
* To plan, organize, and direct all sales activities and achieve business plan goals within the West Java Region and in adherence with Group strategic guidelines.
* Has line responsibility for the sales in the specified geographical area for all type of products. Manage the regional sales operation in order to achieve annual sales volume and distribution objectives within agreed selling cost budget.
* To recruit, train, manage and develop distributor team.
* To manage the local distributor sales team, to optimize distributor activities in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness, to animate distributor sales force.
* o direct negotiate with key accounts, local chains and important customers respecting company policy, coordinating with distributor’s team.
* Engineers optimized business model w relation to Sales operations aiming at creating and feeding company competitive advantage in the specific field in each managed territory
* Secures adequate monitoring system able to secure maximized efficiency
Requirements:
* University degree, majoring from supply chain management, transport or logistics is preferred
* Having min 4 years previous and recent experience in Sales and Distribution Management positions in FMCGs top recognized Distribution Companies, focused on Modern Trade and extensively active also in Minimarket channel.
* aving 2 years minimum recently in charge for Distribution Operations, being based in Bandung.
* Excellent local network with relevant external contacts (see above) with Logistic and Distribution service providers plus Retailers
* Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is a plus)
* Excellent computer literacy (excel, word, powerpoint)
