Mining Manager
Responsibilities:
* Achieve annual production targets by effectively managing contractors and employees and ensuring that sufficient resources are available to achieve the target.
* Achieve safety target of zero injuries by ensuring that risks are adequately assessed, controls are identify and procedures are developed, documented and communicated to relevant contractors and employees.
* Achieve environmental target of no significant incidents by ensuring that operations follow all environmental requirements and minimizing impact of operations on the environment.
* Effectively leading and managing mining personnel and contractors to optimize production, safety, environmental and cost performance, and building a positive work culture.
* Participates in and effectively contribute to the management of the entire mine site in order to achieve the best possible performance of the mine.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of working experience in coal mining project is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Project Site.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
* Has knowledge to review contract of mining contractors and monitor contractor performance.
* Has knowledge to make forecast, review mine plan & design, control mining cost.
* Familiar with Ms. Office, Visual Basic, Auto Cad 2005, Corel Draw 12, RockWord2004, Mincom Minescape 1.4.1.5 , Minex 4.1.J Talpac, Xpac.
* Good Leadership and Good communication in English is must.
* Full-Time positions available.
