Assistant Vice President, Credit Marketing

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or a Certified Professional qualification (ACCA / MACPA)
Minimum 7 years related experience with at least 5 years in supervisory capacity
Experience in Credit Marketing in corporate banking and maintaining relationships with corporate customers will be preferred
Knowledge in ICT would be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Responsibilities:
Develope and execute effective and strategic marketing programs
Lead and motivate the credit marketing team to achieve individual and team sales target for the unit
Ensure assessment for all loan proposals applies the highest standard of quality and consistency in assessments and evaluations technique and methodologies
Review consultants reports ensuring accuracy in the due diligence assessments in relation to loan application including financial, management, technical and legal assessments matters.
Ensure loan applications are processed and drawn down within the stipulated time frame
